Before you commit

What teams ask before they deploy.

Is Archon Workforce software or a managed service?+
It is a managed service. Archon configures, runs, monitors, and optimizes an AI workforce for your business. You get a live dashboard for full visibility, but the operating work is done for you.
What does the dashboard show?+
The dashboard shows active projects, agent tasks, approval queues, timelines, deliverables, uploaded files, analytics, token usage, and a live project agent chat window connected to the active scope of work.
How do you prevent usage from running away?+
Every plan includes an AI execution budget sized to the scope. Usage is visible in the dashboard, and added capacity is approved before billing. Extra projects, workflows, integrations, heavy document processing, or media generation are scoped separately.
Can you work inside our existing tools?+
Yes. Archon is model agnostic and stack flexible. We can work across SaaS tools, Microsoft environments, project management systems, finance tools, CRMs, ad platforms, cloud environments, and internal systems where access is approved.
What counts as a project or workflow?+
A project is an active business lane such as one website, one ad account, one company file, one inventory location, or one CRM pipeline. A workflow is a repeatable process inside that project, such as content briefing, reconciliation review, lead enrichment, reporting, or approval routing.
Can clients ask the agent anything?+
The live project agent is scoped to the work Archon is managing. It can answer questions about project status, deliverables, files, analytics, blockers, approvals, and next steps. Open-ended work outside scope is handled as an expansion.
What affects the price of a managed AI workforce?+
Price is driven by scope of work, not seats: how many projects and workflows you run, the integrations required, document and media processing volume, and how much execution capacity the work needs. Each of these is scoped before billing so the plan matches the operation.
How long does onboarding take?+
Onboarding typically runs days. We confirm scope, connect approved systems, build and train the workflows, set the execution budget, and stand up the dashboard. You start seeing reviewed output and analytics inside the first week.
Can we add agents or workflows after launch?+
Yes. The workforce is designed to expand. New projects, workflows, integrations, or additional execution capacity are scoped and approved before billing changes, so you can scale the AI workforce as results compound without re-platforming.
How are the three Workforce plans different?+
Single Agent Operation runs one focused business function. Managed Workforce coordinates multiple agents and workflows across functions with more execution capacity. Enterprise AI Operations adds custom scope, deeper integrations, and governance for organization-wide deployment, priced to the program.
Do you offer a proof of concept before a full plan?+
Yes. We can scope a focused pilot on one high-value workflow so you can validate quality, controls, and cost in your own environment before committing to an ongoing managed plan.
