Is Creative Studio separate from Workforce?+
Yes. Archon Creative Studio and Archon Workforce are completely separate products with separate subscriptions. You can subscribe to one or both. Nothing requires the other. Client access is provisioned privately after onboarding.
How is Studio usage billed?+
Creative Studio is currently available only as a managed beta at $10,000 per month. Platform access, managed setup, weekly production support, model routing, workflow design, and governance are included. High-volume third-party model costs can be scoped during onboarding.
Can I set a spending cap?+
Yes. During onboarding we define usage rules, provider limits, approval gates, and any hard ceilings needed for image, video, voice, music, and language models.
Is this self-serve right now?+
No. Creative Studio is not self-serve during beta. BMI Studios configures the workspace, manages the production layer, and works directly with clients while the platform matures.
Are local models really unlimited?+
Local models can run on private infrastructure for fast iteration and sensitive work. Exact capacity depends on the environment and production scope we configure for the client.
How is Archon different from hiring a developer or AI consultancy?+
A consultancy usually leaves you with strategy. A developer gives you custom code you still have to operate. Creative Studio is a managed production system with the platform, workflows, model routing, and operating support in one engagement.
What is included in the Creative Studio beta?+
The managed beta at $10,000 per month includes platform access, managed setup, weekly production support, model routing across image, video, voice, music, and language models, custom workflow design, and governance. High-volume third-party model costs are scoped separately during onboarding.
Who is Creative Studio for?+
It is built for content teams, agencies, and brands that need agency-volume creative output without staffing a full production studio. If you ship image, video, and voice content regularly and want it produced consistently and on-brand, the managed studio is designed for you.
When will self-serve pricing be available?+
Creative Studio is managed-only during beta while the platform matures. Self-serve tiers will be introduced as the production layer stabilizes. Beta clients get early access and direct input into how those plans are shaped.
What happens to my pricing after beta?+
Beta clients are given advance notice of any pricing changes and priority terms when general availability tiers launch. Nothing changes mid-engagement without agreement, and the scope and ceilings set during onboarding carry through the beta.
