Subprocessors

To deliver the Archon Agents Services, BMI Studios LLC engages a limited set of third-party subprocessors that process personal data on our behalf. We impose data-protection obligations on each subprocessor that are no less protective than those in our Data Processing Addendum, and we remain responsible for their performance. The list below reflects subprocessors used across the platform and website; the specific subprocessors for a given engagement depend on the products you use and the model providers you configure.

Model providers

Archon is model-agnostic. The AI model providers used in a given workflow are determined by your configuration and routing policy, and may include frontier providers, enterprise gateways, and private or local models. We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models. See our integrations library for the providers Archon can operate.

Changes and notice

We may add or replace subprocessors as our Services evolve. Where you have a contract with us that requires it, we will provide advance notice of new subprocessors and a reasonable opportunity to object. To subscribe to change notifications or request the most current list, contact us below.
