What we are looking for

• 6+ years in software engineering, systems or solutions architecture, or automation, including 2+ years shipping LLM-based or agentic systems in production.
• Expert in Python or TypeScript, with deep experience in LLM APIs, agent orchestration, RAG, vector databases, and event-driven integration design.
• A track record of secure, private, or multi-tenant deployments, with working knowledge of SOC 2, GDPR, and CCPA requirements.
• Clear communication with executives and engineers alike, and design documents people actually use.
• Based in or near Las Vegas and able to work on-site.
