Pricing & Plans
Straightforward retainer pricing built around operational output, not seat counts.
Archon Agents operates on a monthly retainer model scoped to your deployment: the number of active specialist agents, your estimated execution volume, and the number of live integrations. We do not charge per seat or per message. Pricing is predictable and tied to operational output.
We offer a structured onboarding consultation before any commitment. During that session we map your workflows, identify automation opportunities, and demonstrate agent capability against your actual use cases. It is the most efficient way to evaluate fit.
Every deployment includes access to the Archon orchestration layer, your contracted specialist agents, private infrastructure, encrypted credential storage, audit logging, and direct access to your account team for configuration changes.
Plans are scoped with defined execution budgets. If your workload grows beyond the initial scope, we review together and adjust your plan. There are no surprise overage invoices. Any scaling happens with your awareness and approval.
Yes. For organizations requiring dedicated infrastructure, custom SLAs, advanced compliance controls, or multi-team deployments, we build bespoke commercial arrangements. Contact us to start that conversation.
Standard deployments begin with a 3-month initial term to allow adequate time for configuration, training on your knowledge base, and workflow optimization. Monthly rolling contracts are available for certain deployment types.
Agent Capabilities
Six specialist agents covering every function of a modern operation, orchestrated by Archon.
Archon is your C-Suite AI layer. It translates high-level business objectives into executable multi-step workflows, selects and dispatches the appropriate specialist agents, monitors execution in real time, resolves blockers, and synthesizes agent outputs into unified deliverables. You give Archon the objective, and it handles the coordination.
Yes, this is the core design. A campaign brief might have Sage research the competitive landscape, Lens generate visual assets, Swift draft outreach sequences, and Nexus build the automation that delivers them, all coordinated by Archon without manual hand-offs between tools.
Swift connects to Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp Business, Telegram, and Discord. It manages both inbound triage and outbound execution with configurable tone profiles, approval workflows, and escalation rules.
Nexus builds and ships production-grade code, automations, APIs, browser workflows, and integrations. Deployment to your infrastructure requires providing the relevant access credentials. Nexus does not have standing access to external systems without explicit authorization.
Vision handles PDFs, images (PNG, JPG, TIFF, WebP), scanned documents, and structured data exports. It extracts tables, summarizes content, classifies documents, and feeds structured outputs into downstream workflows or storage systems.
Sage operates with live web access for research tasks and supplements that with any proprietary knowledge base you provide. For regulatory or legal research, Sage always flags that outputs should be reviewed by qualified professionals before acting.
AI Automation Use Cases
How Archon applies AI workflow automation across agencies, marketing, sales, and operations.
An AI agent platform coordinates multiple AI agents, tools, data sources, and approval paths so business work can move from request to completed output. Archon is built as a managed multi-agent AI platform: the orchestrator breaks work into steps, routes each step to the right specialist agent or model, and keeps humans in control of consequential actions.
Traditional workflow automation follows fixed triggers and rules. An AI workforce can interpret context, plan multi-step work, draft or analyze outputs, use connected systems, and ask for approval when judgment is required. Archon combines AI workflow automation with governance, audit logs, model routing, and managed operation.
Yes. Archon can turn recurring business tasks into governed agent workflows: research briefs, CRM updates, campaign reports, content drafts, document analysis, client updates, and operational checklists. Each task can be assigned, tracked, reviewed, and improved from the command center.
Yes. Agencies use Archon for AI automation across client reporting, content production, SEO and AIO research, campaign analysis, CRM hygiene, proposal support, and account communication. It is especially useful when the agency wants more production capacity without adding headcount or losing approval control.
Archon can support sales teams by preparing account research, enriching records, drafting follow-ups, summarizing calls or messages, and keeping CRM fields current. Write actions can be routed through human approval so the CRM stays reliable and the team keeps ownership of customer relationships.
Yes. Archon can run search and answer-engine workflows that monitor target topics, inspect competitor changes, draft content update briefs, prepare FAQ recommendations, and route final copy for human approval. That makes SEO, GEO, and AIO a repeatable operation instead of an occasional audit.
Archon can support agency-led client delivery, but white-label requirements are scoped case by case. The key questions are branding, client access, data boundaries, approval ownership, support expectations, and which workflows the agency wants to operate on behalf of its clients.
Onboarding & Setup
Most deployments reach full operational status within two to four weeks. No engineering team required.
Most deployments reach operational status within 2 to 4 weeks. The timeline depends on the number of integrations, the volume of internal documentation being loaded into the knowledge base, and how quickly credentials and API keys are provisioned on your side.
The most valuable preparation is documentation: your brand guidelines, standard operating procedures, tone of voice examples, common workflows, and any existing playbooks. The richer the context you provide, the more precisely the agents operate from day one.
No. The system is designed for operational teams, not engineering teams. Your account team handles all technical configuration. You interact with the agents through natural language and review outputs through your dashboard. No code required.
Yes. Integrations can be added at any point by providing the relevant API credentials through your secure credentials vault. New integrations typically go live within 24 to 48 hours of credential submission.
You provide examples: past campaigns, approved copy, brand guidelines, and style documents. These are loaded into the agent knowledge base during onboarding. Agents reference this material on every task and can be refined further with feedback over time.
Yes. Every deployment includes a dedicated account contact for configuration changes, workflow adjustments, and capability questions. We also provide monthly operational reviews to surface optimization opportunities and align agent configuration to your evolving priorities.
Security & Privacy
Private-first infrastructure with SOC 2-aligned controls. Your data is never used to train shared models.
No. Your operational data, documents, credentials, and outputs are never used to train shared AI models. Each client operates within isolated infrastructure and your data is treated as strictly confidential to your deployment.
All credentials are stored in an encrypted secrets vault with access controls scoped to the specific agents that require them. Credentials are never exposed in logs, outputs, or client-facing interfaces. Access is audited.
Our infrastructure architecture is designed around SOC 2 Type II controls including access management, audit logging, change tracking, and incident response. We also support deployment configurations aligned with GDPR data residency and CCPA requirements.
Default deployments run on US-based infrastructure. Data residency requirements for EU, UK, or other jurisdictions can be accommodated through dedicated deployment configurations. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Yes. Each agent operates with scoped permissions. Nexus has access only to the repositories and systems you authorize, Swift only to the communication channels you connect. Cross-agent data access is controlled at the orchestration layer.
Upon contract termination, you receive a complete export of your knowledge base, configurations, and outputs within 30 days. All data is then securely deleted from our infrastructure in accordance with your retention policy, with written confirmation provided.
