The role
Where AI creative meets automation.
As an AI Workflow Specialist, you'll sit where AI creative and AI automation meet. You'll produce images and video with the latest AI tools, build no-code automations that take repetitive work off our clients' plates, and use AI coding tools to spin up the small sites, tools, and prototypes that tie it all together.
We're looking for a hands-on builder who lives in these tools. Show us what you've made on your own: the personal projects you've shipped matter as much as your resume.
Problems you will solve
AI Creative ProductionGenerate and edit images and short-form video for client campaigns, social media, and websites using tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, and Nano Banana.
No-Code AutomationBuild and maintain automations in Make that connect client tools and remove repetitive manual work.
Vibe Code MaxingUse AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex to quickly build templates, landing pages, internal tools, and working prototypes.
Client WorkflowsLearn how a client's team works, find the tasks worth automating, and set up AI workflows that fit their day-to-day operations.
Brand ConsistencyKeep creative output on-brand across clients using style guides, references, and reusable prompt templates.
Quality & DocumentationCheck AI output before it goes to clients, and write simple guides so clients and teammates know how each workflow runs.
Tool ExplorationTry new AI models and tools as they launch and share what's worth adding to how we work.

Experience1+ years of professional experience in design, content production, marketing, operations, or automation.
AI Creative StackHands-on experience with AI image and video tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, Nano Banana, and ElevenLabs, plus basic photo and video editing.
Automation StackExperience building no-code automations in Make, or in similar platforms such as n8n or Zapier.
Vibe Code MaxingYou love building with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex, and have real sites, apps, or tools to show for it.
Personal ProjectsA body of personal projects that shows what you can build with AI, whether creative, automation, or code.
Ways of WorkingBusiness-minded and clear with clients, organized across several projects, and quick to pick up new tools.
Bonus PointsAgency or client-facing experience; ComfyUI or node-based workflows; social media content experience.
